We traced the issue to an internal service responsible for signing users in and loading the editor. After restarting it, the issue was resolved, and the RGE Studio Web Portal is fully operational again.

Since 12:21 UTC on October 14, 2026, we’ve been experiencing an issue that makes the RGE Studio Web Portal unreachable. As a result, the editor may fail to load or become unresponsive, and login attempts may fail.
Our team is already investigating the cause and working to restore service as quickly as possible. We’ll post an update here as soon as we have more information.
